SAVOUR a delicious meal in our Taste of Orkney Victoria Restaurant overlooking the private garden.  Head Chef Mark Jordan uses local, wild ingredients wherever possible. Superb local produce includes daily harvested seafood, Aberdeen Angus beef, Orkney lamb and Orkney cheese & ice cream.

Choose from over 60 Scottish whiskies for an after-dinner dram in the quiet St. Magnus lounge.

Dinner is served nightly from 6pm – 9:30pm.
Summer suppers are available during festival season from 5-6.30pm.
Bookings are recommended.
Breakfast is served Monday – Saturday 7am – 9.30am and Sunday 8am – 10am.
