SAVOUR a delicious meal prepared with the finest local produce in the hotel’s Taste of Orkney Victoria Restaurant, whilst enjoying views of the magnificent St. Magnus Cathedral. Our vegetables and herbs are organically hand-grown in our hotel gardens. Superb local produce includes daily harvested seafood, Aberdeen Angus beef and Orkney lamb.

Breakfast is served Monday – Saturday 7am – 9.30am and Sunday 8am – 10am; dinner is served nightly from 6pm – 9:30pm. Summer suppers are available from 5-6.30pm.
